To encourage new, top graduates to join the company, many different forms of collaboration have been set up with leading Universities and Business Schools including work placements, theses and project-work.
Internship are intended for young undergraduates who wish to write their thesis in the company or graduates who meet the following requirements:
- Specialised or equivalent degree (previous system) in engineering or economics awarded in the last 12 months;
- Mark no lower than 100/110 (or 90/100);
- Aged below 28.
Internship last a maximum of 6 months and are carried out at Fincantieri facilities. Trainees have a company tutor who supports the student during the training programme which is drawn up in agreement with the University.
