Direct applications are evaluated on the basis of objective criteria:
- qualifications
- regular course of studies
- final grades (from 100/110 and 90/100)
- ageforeign langauges spoken and work experience
Candidates whose profiles match company requirements are included in the recruitment process which comprises individual and group interviews with staff from the HR department and Heads of Departments. Newly graduated candidates are directed to an ”Assessment Centre” where, following individual and group tests, they are assessed in terms of: team work, achievement potential, organisational skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
